We asked the front desk staff about unlocking the thermostat to make it cooler and they said that it was all controlled off site and they could do nothing for us. Plus, we were on the 5th floor, so all the heat below us made it intolerable. On a day when it’s 90 degrees and 80% humidity, you will not rest well. The minimum cooling setting on the thermostat in the room is 68 degrees. The hotel is new and modern, but do not stay here if you’re a hot sleeper or have chronic asthma. The casino was nice and we had fun playing there.
